internet : intelligence has over nine years’ experience in the eLearning arena and we’re more than willing to share our knowledge with trainers and instructional designers who want to effectively educate people online, create engaging web-based curriculum, and maximize the success of synchronous (live) eLearning programs. We have created a practical framework for instructional design and facilitation within a synchronous eLearning environment which ensures that online training programs use available technologies strategically, and that course content is specifically designed to deliver maximum impact, engagement and retention for online learners.

This course will show participants how to fully capitalize on all the unique benefits and features that are offered within today’s prevailing eLearning technologies, and can provide insights into the forthcoming developments and innovations that online trainers can expect to be using in the not-so-distant future.

Course Format/Length

While this can be offered as an in-class session, it is better suited to live, online delivery. Participants are able to a bsorb the knowledge within the environment for which it is intended. The course is delivered over five sessions, and each one is ninety minutes in length. Participants should also allow enough time to do the after-class exercises, which are assigned after sessions one through four. Each assignment takes less than a half-hour to complete.
