Team Bios
Lee Godfrey
Managing Director
Lee Godfrey began working on web-based projects in 1993, making
her one of Canada’s internet pioneers. She is responsible for
the leadership and strategic direction of internet : intelligence, which
she founded in 2000, under the “Lee Carter Associates” brand.
With over twenty years of consulting experience, and nearly a decade
as one of Canada’s best known eBusiness educators, Lee brings
a solid understanding of how to best help our clients exploit the power
of technology and the web to the fullest. She has led internet : intelligence
consulting projects for clients including The New Brunswick Department
of Tourism and Parks Department, The Maritime Life Assurance Company,
Bell Canada, Siemens, The Toronto Maple Leafs, and Toshiba Canada.
Her clients for eBusiness education include many of North America’s
premiere business schools. Her executive education seminars have been
attended by senior managers from Microsoft, Levi Strauss, Pepsi-Cola,
Astra Zeneca, the Government of Canada, Black & Decker and Universal
Studios. Learners consistently rank Lee Godfrey as “very

Maureen Glynn
Writer/Researcher
Maureen Glynn is the most recent addition to the internet
: intelligence Central Office Team. She has a strong research
background and holds degrees from both the University of Cambridge and
McGill University. Maureen offers many years of experience in developing
training materials for both in-class and on-line environments. She has
consulted extensively in the area of barrier-free design which is perfectly
in keeping with internet : intelligence's
commitment to accessibility for everyone. Beginning in August 2007,
Maureen will be researching and developing course curricula, as well
as assisting with the ongoing improvement of our web page content and
promotional materials.
Karla Haslam
Operations Manager
With a background ranging from retail sales to bank management,
Karla is well-suited to her role as Operations Manager for internet : intelligence.
She has an extensive background in customer service, and a passion for learning.
She has developed and delivered training programs for front line
staff at one of Canada’s largest banks - and having worked as
a hiring manager, she has a solid grasp of human resources.
Karla has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Boston, London and Miami, and she embraces the global economy.
Christine Mischler
Administrative Assistant/Web Designer
Christine keeps internet : intelligence organized and running
smoothly. In addition to being a talented and experienced web
designer, Christine is skilled in database maintenance, contract
management and scheduling meetings and training sessions.
Her previous experience includes key roles in the launch
and operations of Ontario’s TraveLinx system, and
administrative work with Global Solutions, Bell’s
online ordering service for commercial customers.
Christine is a Certified Webmaster, who has yet to
meet a software application she couldn’t tame!
